Is Our 'Debtor Nation' Status Past the Point of No Return?

C-band Programming and 4DTV Update

We have had several calls recently regarding NPS statements about 'the sky is falling' on C-Band. The customer below had the same concern based on information he received from NPS. NPS has sold their soul to Dish Network and is doing whatever they can to do the conversion. Motorola commented in an e-mail, the statements about Motorola are not true. Motorola will continue to provide support as long as it is feasible and has not announced any date as to when that might occur. In the interim, there are a substantial number of NPS customers out there that need an option. Programming Center is that option. I have spoken to Dave Charles, owner of the Programming Center. He also has had conversations with Motorola and there are no announced plans for discontinuing programming. He looks forward to the added opportunity for providing services to big dish clients. So, when someone calls with the 'sky is falling' message from NPS, let them know that references to Motorola discontinuing support at this time are not true. NPS is blatantly attempting to convert their customer base to Dish Network so they can recover their 'bounty'. Switch to Programming Center. They will not beat customers up to convert to a small dish system and will continue to offer them the full array of satellite options. By the way, their array offers more channels than both small dish companies combined. If you want 'quantity', buy there! Questions?
