Shipping Policies:
Shipping Policy
Our shipping policies have been created to
optimize value for our customers. We ship most
orders within 24 hours by either US Postal
Service, Fed EX or UPS. Fed Ex & International
shipments may take longer. All Express shipments
will be given order processing preference over
"Ground Shipping". We reserve the right to
switch between Fed Ex and UPS due to
availability and demand. All shipments to PO
boxes will be shipped via the closest USPS
option. "Shipping Costs" refers to all expenses
involved in the processing of an order and may
not be limited to solely shipping charges. WE DO
NOT SHIP TO APO BOXES OR MILITARY BASES.
Canadian Shipments / UPS Canadian Duties
We try to ship most parcels to Canada Via USPS
Airmail because of the duties UPS imposes on
Canadian shipments. We will not ship any item
weighing over 4 lbs or having a value exceeding
$50.00 via USPS Airmail because tracking numbers
are not issued by this service. The brokerage
fees by UPS can be found here. These fees are
merely UPS brokerage fees and do not include
Duties or Taxes which are based on the origin of
the item, end use, and value. We encourage our
customers to research the Brokerage fees,
duties, and taxes that they should expect to pay
before ordering by calling the UPS service line
at 1-800-742-5877 .
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are generated with 12-48 hours
after your order is shipped. All tracking
information is usually generated automatically
by e-mail. If you do not receive a
tracking number, please e-mail us at
orders@satellitemart.com and we will be
happy to provide that information to you.
Please remember to include your order number.
